This is incredibly accurate. I notice a connection between the amount of outside stimulation one endures and their understanding of the modification of their being. It’s easy to ignore the effects of what we consume and engage in when we have to get to school or work on time, or are worrying about the bills we have to pay. Our society has lost touch with the importance of being self-aware and thus pushes drastic changes of the individual vessel as the primary method of expressing oneself.
